Campaign

Objectives: To change perceptions amongst young people (14-18 year olds) about the benefit of obtaining a Chemistry qualification and the range of careers available. Objective to increase the numbers of students studying the Science to degree level, particularly females.

Approach: Poster campaign to every school/ college throughout the UK, backed up by presentations in schools.

Results: Over a 5 year period the number of students studying for a Chemistry qualification increased by 1%. The campaign also received several creative awards.
